Helpdesk Support Analyst - AV / Shift Work - High Wycombe

A Helpdesk Support Analyst who will have a proven career history supporting and installing Audio Visual Technology is required by our client based near High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. A salary of up to £25k (basic plus shift allowance) is available.

The Helpdesk Support Analyst will accurately and quickly diagnose and troubleshoot AV systems and equipment providing remote support to clients over the telephone and utilising remote support technologies. You will provide preventive maintenance and train customers on equipment use where necessary.

The Helpdesk Support Analyst will take responsibility for remote troubleshooting, configuration and installation of video conferencing, audio visual, and projection systems as well as IP network support.

Role is based on a 24/7 rotating shift pattern as specified.

Required Skills:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Some AV Support experience required

8.30am – 5.00pm, 4.30pm – 1:00am, 12.30am – 8.00am
3 days on / 2 days off.
